Cassette Tapes

Cassette Audio Tape Transfers

Cassettes were some of the most widely used formats for recording audio in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.  There are many lengths of tape ranging from 5 minute tapes to 2 hour tapes with 60 minute and 90 minute tapes being the most common lengths.  The quality of program recorded on these tapes range from terrible to amazingly close to CD quality depending on the device originally used to record the program with.  Some of the best devices that were used to record audio onto cassette tape were created by Nakamichi.  We use various models of Nakamichi, Tascam and Pioneer to reach perfection in the transfer process and bring you the best transfer possible.
